Cancellation and Date Change Policies for COVID-19


 

We understand that you’re worried and have questions about your bookings, travel plans and deposits. We want to assure you that our customers will always be our first priority and we are committed to help you in any way we can. We have tried to answer some of your questions here and we’re always available to address any others that you have.
Please know that we’re doing our best to ensure that you do not lose money on bookings and deposits.Would like to mention it is the nature of our business to pay suppliers like airlines, hotels and on-ground operators to secure your travel. As a result of this, we are unable to offer full refunds on cancellation but are making every effort to negotiate the best policies for you.

 

On Group Tour Bookings

  • All our group tours have been postponed till 30th June 2020 and fresh departure dates will be announced in April after reviewing advisories and updates from the Govt of India and other national and international authorities.
  • During the booking process, you would have paid Rs. 25000/- as a non-refundable deposit which us used to make payments to the airlines and other vendors so that we can secure the best rates and services for our customers. While we are bearing a huge liability on airline cancellations, we do not want you to lose your booking deposit entirely. Hence, we are issuing a credit note worth Rs 12,500 which will be valid till 31st Dec 2020 whereas the balance amount of Rs 12500/- will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • If you choose to use the credit note for the same tour this year the total tour cost will remain the same.
  • If you choose to use the credit note for the next year there may be a difference in tour itinerary and cost.
  • If you choose to travel anytime this year, we should be intimated of your choice of dates 60 days prior to the tour departure.

 

For Customised Tours

Since the booking and cancellation terms for each customised package varies, please reach out to your Travel Tours holiday expert for cancellation or date-change. Our efforts are on to negotiate with suppliers and vendors to work out nominal cancellation/change fee wherever possible and issue a credit note which can be utilized for future packages.
