• Hotel Check in 1100hrs and check out 1000hrs
• Package cost will not be valid on public holidays, festivals, exhibitions and long-weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking.
• The above price is based on minimum 5 pax travelling together.
• Hotel might charge you a security deposit or credit card for a particular amount. This amount will not be charged to your card but will act as a guarantee to hotel for utilization of room service.
• Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly
• Request for early check-in or late check-out is to the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• GST is applicable on the above cost.
• Incase of flight cancellation, land cost would not be refunded
• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• Photo ID card (except Pan Card) mandatory while you are on tour
• Tour price is dynamic. The person booking tour early is likely to get the lowest price as communicated/offered by the Company, subject to availability of seats.
• The vehicle used for transfers is not at disposal.

• Health Advisory: Due to sudden change in altitude, we advice people travelling to Ladakh region to take sufficient time in acclimatization. Avoid running / fast walking. This tour is not recommended for people suffering Heart Problems, Epilepsy and Asthma; please consult your doctor before booking on this tour. People should consult a Medical Expert before using medicines like Diamox for mountain sickness.
• Health Advisory: Drink plenty of water. Always carry water bottle with you while on sightseeing.
• Tour price is dynamic. The person booking tour early is likely to get the lowest price as communicated/offered by the Company, subject to availability of seats. The vehicle used for transfers is not at disposal.
• At Nubra Valley, a very basic accommodation in available.
• For large groups, all rooms in one hotel may not be available. So if two or more hotels are selected, identical facilities may not be available between rooms.
• We expect you to adjust to these conditions. We will however try our best to maintain similarity
• Most of the Hotels in this region do not have Tea/coffee maker/ mini fridge/ enhanced toiletery kit (with moisturizer, tooth paste, brush, shaving kit, lufa,
• bathroom sleepers, bath-robe) etc.
• Facilities like western toilet, television in room, geyser in bathrooms, intercoms may not be available Eco camps and similar places.
• meal plans, menu will be on fixed plan/ buffet basis and not on A-la-Carte basis.
• For early morning check out breakfast may be limited to simple bread & butter / jam with tea/ coffee/ juice.
• In most hotels Extra Person Sharing the Room, Child With Extra Bed, will be provided MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS as per availability and not a Bed.
• In hilly areas, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. To overcome the water crisis certain hotels have fixed schedule for supplying hot & cold
• water. We strongly regret the inconvenience and look forward for your cooperation.
• In hills, most of the hotels are located in a way where the view might be of a building in the front, beside or behind it.
• In case the route from Nubra to Pangong is closed, customers will have to head back to Leh from an alternate route and Pangong excursions may have to be
• cancelled. No refunds shall be possible in such cases.
• In case Pangong stay is not possible due to operational reasons or any other reason, additional night stay at Nubra Valley or Leh will be arranged and Full day
• excursion to Pangong shall be provided. No claims for refund shall be entertained
• Accommodation in Pangong will be very basic. Camps used here have very basic in nature and lack the basic amenities like toiletries & spacious rooms. Since
• power supply here is limited for few hours only, hot water supply is for a very limited time period in the morning. Moreover, it gets extremely cold in the night
• and winds are severely strong; therefore, we recommend to carry heavy woolen clothing to keep yourselves warm.
• Pangong is a remote place which lacks basic medical facilities too like a hospital/ clinic/ medical shop. The nearest doctor available is approx. ~45kms. from
• the lake. We therefore recommend you to keep all your prescribed medicines handy with you.
• People suffering from respiratory disorders like asthma, bronchitis, etc. should refrain in staying in Pangong owing to the extreme weather conditions.
• However, an excursion can be easily opted for.
• Please note that all the meals provided during Nubra and Pangong visits will be vegetarian meals, irrespective of the meal preference provided.
• Personalised Cook/Maharaj would not be available in Pangong
• Hot water is only provided for 2 hours during the morning and evening in Leh. In camps, hot water is only available for a limited time in the morning.
• Room heaters if required can be provided on chargeable basis, subject to availability.
• Connectivity (phone as well as internet) is poor and unreliable in Ladakh. Most hotels will not have a Wi-Fi connection.
• The camp accommodations at Nubra & Pangong are very basic even though they are classified into various categories
• Due to unforeseen situations (force majeure/ traffic jams / traffic halts/ diversions/ bandh/ curfew, Union strike, VVIP movement, etc.) the vehicle reporting
• may get delayed. We will request you to bear with us and as soon as vehicle arrives you will have to get in Asap.
• In this area your vehicle & drivers will change for every transfer & sightseeing. These drivers come from remote places and are not educated in tourism
• etiquette and some of them do not know how to speak & behave. You are requested to be soft & gentle with your drivers
• As the vehicles & drivers change always, we will request you to be very careful with personal belongings. Once left in the vehicle, there is almost nil or little
• chance, of getting it back
• The Khardung La pass may remain close till first week of May. In that case the tourist will do excursion to Khardung La and stay at Leh in place of Nubra Valley.
• Tour-programme is subject to change depending upon circumstances PANGONG stay will be subject to operation of CAMPS. Alternatively, we will arrange day trip to Pangong and next day will be kept free for optional activities or shopping.
• FCM Travel /Tour Operator reserve the rights to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
• The operator has the liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc
• Negative covid certificate needs to be carried directly by client, incase if the same if required for either of the states(departing/arriving)
• Guidelines issued by the State-Government is to be followed.
• Social distancing to be maintained.
• All the travellers are requested to carry a copy of the medical certificate with them.
• Any cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances & reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule; cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, landslides, roadblocks or any etc (to be borne by the client directly on the spot).
• In case, a particular sightseeing cannot be covered or visited on the tour, owing to any kind of unavoidable political, environmental or social circumstances, then it will be replaced with other best possible alternative sightseeing.
• The tour price mentioned for this tour is for Indian nationals only.
• Any increase in Airfare, Airport taxes, Fuel Price , Or any applicability of new taxes from Government.
• Any upgradation in Airline class or hotel room category would not be entertained
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour
• Incase for any tour we are not able to meet the required number of passengers (minimum 05pax), the tour for the mentioned date shall be cancelled or an alternate date would be suggested to client Or an exclusive vehicle supplement costing would be offered for the client.
